Custom full-time residence located in Asheville, NC. Our firm worked with the client, builder and subcontractors throughout this project. Because the homeowners are busy professionals with a local business, we offered both project management and design services so that they could focus on their family and their business. Each trim detail, finish, and fixture was specifically selected to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of this busy family of four. There are many unique features to this home including the putting green for their son’s daily practice, living spaces that open to the outdoors for entertaining, a custom kitchen, custom woodwork & finish details, a media room, and a kids retreat. This home was awarded “Best Interior Merchandising” in its category by the North Carolina Home Builders Association for the 2013 Stars Awards. It also received a 2013 Excellence in Design Award for its category from ASID Carolinas Chapter.
